According to the talented team at Stenheim, the design objective behind the creation of the Alumine Three was to use distil the key qualities of the critically acclaimed Alumine Five and focus them into a compact speaker with a smaller footprint and more accessible cost. The resulting speaker has been so successful in fulfilling that brief, that it has developed a reputation globally as being exceptional value for money. Made in Switzerland, the new Alumine Three speaker is the product of many years of research and unparalleled knowledge of audiophile technology. •  A fabric dome tweeter, carefully horn loaded for increased efficiency.
• A high order, phase-coherent crossover to preserve the fragile but all-important temporal and spatial information in the stereo signal.
• A thin-wall aluminium cabinet built with hidden fixings and golden ratio dimensions.
• Low-volume damping materials to kill cabinet resonance and internal standing waves without killing musical dynamics.
